Attorney Vito Parenti (v.parenti@legaletributario.net), graduated with honours in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, is ammitted to practice before the Superior Jurisdictions and specialised in various branches of civil and commercial law, dealing with judicial and arbitration litigation as well as providing consultancy services.

He is a arbitrator or Chairman of an arbitration panel in ad hoc arbitrations also appointed by the President of the Court of Rome or the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, as well as in arbitrations administered by the Arbitration Chamber of Rome.

He is the author of publications on arbitration, contract formalism and typical contracts.

He is a member, as a legal expert, of the Commission for the Revision of Normative Uses, established at the Rome Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture. He was member of the National Coordination Commission on Standard Contracts and Unfair Clauses at UNIONCAMERE (Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture), for which he provides consultancy services.

He was a member of the Market Regulation Commission, set up at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handiraft and Agriculture of Rome, pursuant to Law 580/1993, in order to promote forms of control on the presence of unfair clauses in consumer contracts and to exercise injunctive action, as well as to prepare and promote contractual schemes between companies, their associations and associations for the protection of consumers‘ and users’ interests.

He collaborates in the teaching activities of the Chair of Private Law at the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’, Department of Economic and Legal Studies (holder Prof. Roberto Carleo).
