Dr. Paolo Malagrinò
In the field of accounting, tax and corporate matters, by Dr. Paolo Malagrinò (p.malagrino@legaletributario.net), a chartered accountant and auditor, as well as holder of the teaching of ‘Finance and Control of Tourist Enterprises’, at the Master’s Degree Course in ‘Economics, Management and Marketing of Tourism and Cultural Heritage’ at the LUISS Guido Carli, University of Rome.
He is specialised in corporate reorganisations – carried out through extraordinary finance operations, such as mergers, demergers, transformations, contributions, disposals and liquidations – in the consultancy provided through the drafting of opinions, in general consultancy on taxation (direct and indirect), company law and issues arising from the application of international conventions, in company valuations, in tax litigation, in consultancy to companies operating in the local public services sector, and in activities concerning bankruptcy procedures.
He specialises in solving problems concerning the administrative liability of legal persons, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, and has held the position of Judicial Commissioner of companies pursuant to Article 15 of the same decree.
He is a consultant in criminal tax law at the Court of Rome, at the Public Prosecutor’s Office (Public Prosecutor Dr. Carlo Luberti) and holds the position of auditor, with the function of auditor, at several medium-sized companies.
He is the author of the monograph ‘Esercizi svolti di economia aziendale – con test di autovalutazione’ (currently in its 3rd edition).
