Avv. Irene Romano

Attorney Irene Romano (i.romano@legaletributario.net) is a PhD in Labour Law, University of Bari. 

She obtained a three-year specialisation in Labour Law and Industrial Relations at the University Federico II of Naples. For the academic years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 he was appointed as contract professor for the supplementary teaching activities of the Labour Law I course at the University of Naples Federico II – Faculty of Law. He has collaborated, since January 2004, in the teaching activities of the Labour Law I Chair (holder Prof. Mario Rusciano), as well as the Trade Union Law Chair (holder Prof. Antonello Zoppoli) and the Community Labour Law Chair (holder Prof. Lorenzo Zoppoli), of the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples Federico II. 

He also collaborates in the teaching activities of the Chair of Private Law at the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’, Department of Economic and Legal Studies, (holder prof. Roberto Carleo). 

She collaborated on the CNEL Archive on Collective Bargaining in the Civil Service in 2000. She is the author of several publications (including some on the subject of fixed-term contracts and flexible work, as well as essays on collective bargaining on part-time and fixedterm contracts and the role of professional organisations in agricultural work).

In 2011, she obtained the title of Mediator ex D.Lgs. n. 28 of 4 March 2010, at M.C.M. A.D.R. CONCILIARE S.r.l..

She specialises in various branches of civil and commercial law, particularly in real rights, damages, leases, condominium and agricultural contracts.
