Avv. Barbara Santini

Attorney Barbara Santini (b.santini@legaletributario.net) is a lawyer specialising in debt collection and real estate and movable executions, as well as in various branches of civil law, particularly in the areas of real rights, damages, leases and condominiums. 

Previously he practised at the office of lawyer Prof. Guglielmo Frattari and since September 2008 has collaborated with lawyer Claudio Torre. 

She has collaborated in the teaching activities of the Chair of Private Law (holder: Prof. Nicolò Lipari) at the Faculty of Law at ‘La Sapienza’ University in Rome. 

He collaborates in the teaching activities of the chair of Private Law at the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’, Department of Economic and Legal Studies, and formerly also at LUISS Guido Carli, Department of Business and Management (holder prof. Roberto Carleo).
